Recovery Groups on Social Media

Social media is all about sharing, and sharing experiences, strength and hope is one way addicts find mutual support and help each other stay clean. On Facebook alone, you’ll find hundreds of private groups where you can connect with other addicts, listen to their stories and discuss your own challenges and triumphs in recovery. Finding those groups is easy enough by using Facebook’s search bar and searching for keywords like “Addiction Recovery” “12 Step groups”, “Narcotics Anonymous”, “Al-anon” Etc. here are a few groups we found to get you started finding recovery and support in Facebook groups:

If you or loved ones have been affected by alcoholism or addiction, we offer a safe group to focus on long-term sobriety. We are a solutions based group, not a fluffy inspirational picture group. All forms of recovery are welcomed, even though we have found the 12 step program the most effective. [Join Here]
